I spotted a white tailed kite by Ano Neuvo state park-it was difficult to ID but it’s characteristic pattern of flapping it’s wings to hover helped me make the final call!

This was a particularly amazing find-a great blue heron nesting site! There were two different nests and the nests are huge! They’re located in the eucalyptus trees right next to the bathrooms by Crissy Fields beach.

This red shouldered hawk lives over by Golden Gate Bridge!
